Important Update from Sarah and Jenna
Dear Listeners,
We wanted to share an exciting development with you. Sarah and Jenna have been hard at work creating a vital training program for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DDs) focusing on "Sex on the Spectrum." This initiative is incredibly important to us and has required a significant amount of our time and dedication. We are bringing sex education to adult individuals with I/DDs, equipping them with the skills to be safe and successful in relationships. Once completed, the courses will be tested in Portland, Oregon, and then expanded beyond.
Rest assured, we are not going anywhere – just temporarily shifting our focus to ensure this program is as impactful and comprehensive as possible.
As a result, we are adjusting our Season 4 plans to give us the necessary time to complete this training. But don't worry – Season 4 will still be full of the easy-going and humorous content you love.

I seem to have always been a person that friends and strangers seek out for advice on sex, love, and relationships. Once it became evident that coaching was my calling, I began my new career of passion by enrolling at Somatica Institute where I took their Sex & Relationship Coach Training program. From there, I have continued my journey of learning and expanding my knowledge with several different programs and on my own.
I find that there is so little ability for people to really dive in and figure who they are as sexual beings. I love being involved in a platform that gives voice to things that in 2022 society still seems to shun and deem inappropriate.
It’s time to shed the shame around sex and become our best selves in all the areas of our lives. Let's find the answers that are right for you!
